In attention to reporting entities: The updated sanction list of The Security Council Committee of the United Nations

In the piriod of 5-6 April 2021, the Security Council Committee of the United Nations pursuant to resolutions 1267 (1999), 1989 (2011) and 2253 (2015) updated the sanctions list by supplementing and removing individuals, groups, entities and individual terrorist associations in accordance with the following resolutions:

            - 2140 (2014) concerning Republic of Yemen regarding its supplementation;

            - 1267 (1999) concerning Islamic State (DA’esh), Al-Qaeda regarding its supplementation;

            - 2127 (2013) concerning Central African Republic regarding removing an entity from this list.

Consecutively, the reporting entities have to update the internal lists of persons and entities which fall under provisions of art. 34 of Law 308/2017 on prevention and combating money laundering and terrorism financing.
